Excellent stay at a relaxing location

king room large pool

i appreciated the room upgrade to a premium king room (it was very spacious!). the swimming pool was fancy and very large. it was very easy to catch a tricycle in and out of the main town. the location is aesthetic and fun to stay at when we wanted to have a chill day.

The room was spacious and clean. i dined at the hotel restaurant twice. The food was amazing!!! they have live entertainment every night which i appreciated. they were also very generous when i requested a complimentary room set up.

our room was not available when we arrived due to a water issue.

The staff are always accommodating and friendly. They helped me to organize excursions. i stepped into dog dirt when getting out of the swimming pool, but the staff quickly cleaned it.

The hotel is close to the city. It is a five-minute ride via tuk-tuk for 70 pesos. the hotel offers easy access. An airport representative assisted with arranging a transfer. the resort provides a super calm place with evening performances at the bar.

Breakfast varies everyday. I enjoyed it. i had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant twice. the western restaurant has a good range, in theory, but in practice many items were not available.

damp room no hot water

the staff attention was excellent. everyone was very kind and helpful.

my room had no hot water turned on. when i let reception know, there was no acknowledgement. also, the room smelled very damp when i checked in. it was very unpleasant.

sea view large room great shower

the reception upgraded my room to a premium room upon early arrival! it had a sea view. the hotel arranged transport to the airport for me and the pool area had plenty of sunbeds. the room, a beautiful double or twin room, was large and clean. the shower pressure was great! there was even a fridge.

the live music went on quite late, however.

AMAZING time! I'd come back!

room size helpful staff

I LOVED the big size of the rooms. They felt so spacious! The beds were also very big. (I like to spread out when I sleep!) The staff were accommodating, so helpful. The pool was great. It gave me variety for my swims.

The restaurant offered live music every night, giving a nice ambiance. Breakfast had a wide range of options, and the staff were very respectful. Cocktails were amazing AND cheap, it was such a treat.

The premium rooms are spacious at 48 square meters, offering plenty of space. A powerful shower and filtered water were provided. Rooms have a big balcony with good views.

The staff helped me with several things like scooter rental and airport transfer at a good price. The staff were very good too meet needs. The staff knew how to have fun, dancing, singing.
